How We Got Here
RouteMyOrder began as PinPointly, a Shopify app built to solve a simple but costly problem: customers marking the wrong delivery location, and couriers guessing the rest. Brands like Hotpack and Sharbatly.Club used it to cut delivery mix-ups dramatically.
But precision location was only half the problem. Sellers with multiple outlets still had no way to automatically route an order to whichever location could fulfill it fastest. So we built that too - and RouteMyOrder was born: PinPointly’s precision-location engine, now combined with smart routing, hyperlocal inventory, and full order management, built specifically for Shopify sellers with real, physical outlets.
